Sweet and Creamy Gulaman Dessert with Fruit and Milk

Certainly! Here is a recipe for Gulaman (also known as Agar-Agar), a refreshing and delicious Filipino dessert made with agar agar powder, water, sugar, and fruit.

Ingredients:

1 cup agar agar powder
8 cups water
2 cups sugar
1 can fruit cocktail
1 can condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

In a large pot, mix agar agar powder and water. Stir well to dissolve the powder.
Add sugar to the mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring continuously.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove the pot from heat and add the vanilla extract. Stir well.
Pour the mixture into a large rectangular baking dish and let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
Drain the fruit cocktail and add it to the top of the gulaman mixture. Pour the condensed milk on top of the fruit.
Chill the gulaman in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Once chilled, slice the gulaman into desired serving sizes and enjoy!
